Account & Registration

Creating an account is quick and free. Visit the Register page, fill in your mobile number, choose a strong password, and confirm your details. The whole process takes under two minutes. Once you're registered, you can log in immediately and start exploring the platform — from Casino to Cricket betting, all accessible right away.

On the Login page, click the Forgot Password? link. You'll be guided through a short verification step using your registered mobile number. Once verified, you can set a new password and regain access immediately. If you continue to have trouble, reach out to the support team through the contact option in your account area.

No, each player is allowed only one account. Creating multiple accounts is against the platform's terms and may result in your accounts being suspended. If you've lost access to your original account, use the password reset option rather than registering again. One account per person keeps the platform fair for everyone.

R789 Game is strictly for adults aged 18 years and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We encourage responsible gaming and ask all players to keep their gaming activity within comfortable personal limits. For more guidance, visit our Responsible Gaming page.
Deposits & Payments

R789 Game supports all major Pakistan payment channels, including:
  • JazzCash
  • Easypaisa
  • Raast
  • Bank Transfer
  • Debit & credit cards
  • Mobile wallets
All deposits are processed in PKR, so there's no currency confusion. Simply log in, go to your wallet, choose your preferred method, and follow the steps. Most deposits reflect in your account within a few minutes.

The minimum deposit threshold is kept low to make the platform accessible for all types of players in Pakistan. Exact minimum amounts are displayed at the time of depositing within your account dashboard. Amounts are shown in PKR so you always know exactly how much you're putting in before confirming.

Most deposits are instant, but occasionally there can be a short delay depending on your payment provider. If your balance hasn't updated after 15 minutes, check that your transaction was confirmed on your JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank side. If the payment went through on your end but your balance still hasn't updated, contact support with your transaction reference number so the team can look into it quickly.
Withdrawals

Log in to your account and go to the withdrawal section in your wallet. Select your preferred method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, or Bank Transfer — enter the amount in PKR, and submit the request. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed as quickly as possible. You can track the status of your request directly from your account dashboard.

Processing times can vary depending on the payment method you choose. Mobile wallet withdrawals via JazzCash or Easypaisa are generally faster. Bank transfers may take a little longer depending on your bank's processing schedule. Your withdrawal status is always visible from inside your account, so you never have to guess where things stand.

A withdrawal can be declined for a few reasons — most commonly, an active bonus wagering requirement hasn't been completed yet, the withdrawal amount is below the minimum threshold, or account verification details are incomplete. Review any active bonus terms from the Promotions page and make sure your account information is up to date. If you're still unsure, contact support for a clear explanation.
Bonuses & Promotions

New players on R789 Game are welcomed with a deposit bonus on their first top-up. The exact amount and terms are shown during the registration and first-deposit process. Always read the bonus terms carefully — especially the wagering requirements — before opting in. Check the Promotions page for the most current welcome offer available to Pakistan players.

A wagering requirement means you need to play through your bonus amount a set number of times before you can withdraw any winnings generated from it. For example, if you receive a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement, you need to place PKR 10,000 worth of bets before that bonus becomes withdrawable. All wagering requirements are clearly stated in the individual promotion terms on the Promotions page.

Yes — R789 Game regularly runs promotions for existing members, including daily login rewards, weekly reload bonuses, free spins on featured slot titles, and special cricket season offers tied to PSL and T20 tournaments. The Promotions page is updated regularly, so it's worth checking back often. Logged-in players may also see personalised offers inside their account dashboard.
Sports Betting

Absolutely. Cricket is at the heart of R789 Game's sportsbook. You can bet on Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches, T20 internationals, Test series, ODIs, and all major international cricket events. Odds are updated in real time during live matches so you can bet as the game unfolds. Head to the Bet page after logging in to see all currently available markets.

Beyond Cricket, R789 Game's sportsbook covers Football — including major European leagues and international fixtures — as well as Esports events. The betting markets are regularly expanded during major sporting seasons. Visit the Bet page to browse all available sports and markets at any time.

Live betting lets you place wagers on a match that is already in progress. The odds shift constantly based on what's happening in the game — a quick wicket in a PSL match, for instance, will immediately change the odds for both teams. This makes live betting more dynamic and exciting than pre-match betting. All bets are shown in PKR and your potential payout is always displayed before you confirm.
Casino & Games

R789 Game's Casino section features a wide range of games including Live Casino tables (Roulette, Blackjack, Baccarat, game shows), video slots, classic slots, jackpot slots, and Bingo rooms. The Slots and Slot Games sections have dedicated pages with full libraries to browse through. New titles are added regularly so there's always something new to try.

Yes. R789 Game is fully optimised for mobile browsers on both Android and iOS. There is no need to download a separate app — simply open the site in your phone's browser, log in, and you get a clean, fast experience. Games, the sportsbook, your wallet and account settings are all accessible from your mobile without any performance issues on standard mobile data.

Bingo is a fun, social-style game where numbers are drawn at random and players mark them off on their cards. The first player to complete a required pattern wins the prize. R789 Game's Bingo section has multiple rooms with different stakes in PKR, so whether you're playing casually or going for bigger prizes, there's a room that suits you. It's easy to pick up even if you've never played before.
